Shipping Info

US Domestic Shipments: We will ship via USPS with Delivery Confirmation for a flat rate of $5USD per kit (Dual kit is $10USD). If you need other services or would prefer use of a different carrier(at addl charge) please contact us.

International Shipments: We will ship via US Mail International for a flat rate of $12USD per kit (Dual kit is $19USD). Please note delivery times will vary. Also due to the fact that these units were made specifically for the US market, we cannot guarantee it will work with Garage Doors/Gates in your country. You may need a different AC Adapter which we do not include. If you need other services or would prefer use of a different carrier(at addl charge) please contact us.

Returns

We will accept returns for 30-days for any unused/unmodified product. Shipping is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping. Refunds will be processed by our third-party processing partner.

Warranty

We are proud of our product and will warranty it for 1-year. Please make sure that you check out the support page and contact us for install assistance prior to filing any warranty requests. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back for it to be tested. Once we can confirm it is covered under warranty we will replace or repair any parts at our discretion. To start a warranty claim, just fill out the contact form and we will provide further instructions.
